By booking a consultation or using this website, you accept them.
1. Services
Sammsiddhi provides guidance-based consultations in astrology, numerology, Vastu Shastra, Astro-Vastu, tarot reading and crystal healing. All services are advisory in nature — see our Disclaimer. No physical goods are sold or shipped; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
2. Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Consultations for minors (e.g., baby naming) must be booked and attended by a parent or guardian.
3. Bookings & payments
- Slots are held for 12 minutes during checkout and are confirmed only after successful prepayment.
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, UPI and banking credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay — Sammsiddhi never receives or stores them.
- All prices are listed on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. There are no hidden or recurring charges; each consultation is a one-time payment.
- The descriptor on your card or bank statement will be that of Labhopujali Wellness LLP or its payment gateway.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- All appointment times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details — analysis quality depends on accurate birth and property data.
- Provide a correct mobile number and email; booking, meeting links and reminders are sent there.
- Join sessions on time; delays reduce your session duration.
- Use guidance as one input into your decisions, alongside professional advice where relevant.
- Do not record, broadcast or resell any part of a consultation without our written permission.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to end a consultation without refund, and to decline future bookings, in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, or attempts to obtain guidance for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, the Sammsiddhi name and emblem, graphics and articles — is the property of Labhopujali Wellness LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Consultations are provided in good faith. Sammsiddhi's total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the fee paid for the relevant consultation. We are not liable for decisions taken based on guidance received, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver a consultation caused by events beyond our reasonable control (illness, power or internet failure, natural events, government action). In such cases we reschedule your slot or refund you in full.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first — we resolve the large majority of concerns within a few working days.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your booking governs that booking.
