- Birth details: date, time and place of birth — collected only when required for astrology, numerology or Astro-Vastu consultations.
- Property details: floor plans and addresses — for Vastu consultations only.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the website.
How we use it
- To conduct your consultation and prepare your analysis and remedies.
- To confirm bookings and send reminders on WhatsApp and email (with your consent).
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We never share your birth details, chart or consultation content with anyone.
- We never send marketing without an opt-out.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Consultation records are retained so returning clients don't have to re-share details; you may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to namaste@sammsiddhi.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be retained by law (e.g., payment records).
Cookies & analytics
We use lightweight analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner or your browser settings.
