Sammsiddhi consultations (operated by Labhopujali Wellness LLP) are prepaid, private appointments. Because each slot reserves the consultant's time exclusively for you, the following policy applies to all bookings made through this website or on WhatsApp. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Cancellation by you
- 48 hours or more before your slot: cancel for a full refund of the amount paid.
- 24–48 hours before your slot: cancel for a 50% refund, or reschedule once free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours before your slot: the slot is treated as delivered and no refund is payable. One goodwill reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
- Missed appointments (no-show): treated as delivered; no refund.
2. Rescheduling
- 24 hours or more before your slot: reschedule free of charge, once, to any available future slot within 30 days. Use the secure link in your confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Less than 24 hours before your slot: a reschedule may be allowed at Sammsiddhi's discretion. Message us as early as possible.
3. Refunds
- Failed or duplicate payments: automatically reversed to the original payment method. Bank-side reversals typically complete in 5–7 working days.
- Cancellation by Sammsiddhi: if we must cancel your slot and no alternative time works for you, you receive a full refund.
- After a consultation is delivered: no refunds. Consultation fees pay for professional time and analysis, not for any particular outcome.
4. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and are credited by our payment partner, Razorpay, to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days of initiation. The exact credit date depends on your bank or card issuer. No refund is ever paid in cash or to a different account than the one used for payment.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70416 75767 or email sammsiddhi@gmail.com with your booking number (format SMS-YYMM-0000), the registered mobile number and the reason for cancellation. We acknowledge every request within 1 working day.
6. Important notes
- All timings and working days are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Payment-gateway charges, where deducted, are borne by Sammsiddhi — you are refunded the full eligible amount.
- Guidance is provided in good faith based on classical sciences; results are not guaranteed and fees are not contingent on outcomes.
- Please raise a concern with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we resolve genuine issues directly and far faster.
