Labhopujali Wellness LLP (operating as Sammsiddhi) sells consultation services only. We do not sell, ship or courier any physical products. This policy explains how and when your service is delivered after payment.
1. What you receive
- A private consultation of the duration shown on the service page (30–90 minutes, depending on the service you book).
- A summary of the guidance and remedies discussed, sent to the email address given at booking.
- Booking confirmation, calendar invite (.ics) and reminders by email and WhatsApp.
2. Mode of delivery
- Online (video): a Google Meet / Zoom link is shared by email and WhatsApp before your slot.
- Phone: we call the mobile number given at booking, at your scheduled time.
- In person: at our office — 803, 8th Floor, Phoenix by D&C Commerce, Ahmedabad 380009.
- On-site visit (Vastu): our consultant visits the property at the date and time agreed with you.
3. Delivery timelines
- Booking confirmation: immediately after successful payment — on screen, and by email/WhatsApp within a few minutes.
- The consultation itself: at the date and time slot you selected during checkout. Slots are typically available within 1–7 days.
- Meeting link / call: shared at least 2 hours before the slot (and again as a reminder shortly before it begins).
- Written summary or report, where applicable: within 3–5 working days of the consultation.
4. No physical shipping
No goods, gemstones, yantras or printed reports are shipped by Sammsiddhi. Where a remedy involves a physical item, we advise you on what to source and from where — you purchase it independently. No shipping charges are levied at any point.
5. Service area
In-person consultations are offered at our registered office, and on-site visits at your property by arrangement. Online and phone consultations are available across India and worldwide. All appointment times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
6. If delivery is delayed
If a consultation cannot start on time due to a reason at our end, we will reschedule it at your convenience or refund you in full — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
